🔥🔥New Here?🔥🔥
👋Hey,
I’m Shimmy Morris, I’m currently 25 years old and I’ve been selling since I was about 12.
I started by selling in School, food, drinks, etc… I then moved on to eBay. I sold on eBay a lot till I was about 16, now I do it occasionally. During that time I did a lot of photography jobs and other little jobs here and there. I then went abroad to study for 6 months and after coming back I set up my first company. At age 18. I sold over $70,000 worth of t-shirts in a very short space of time on Teespring and then I decided to move to Amazon FBA. Now I do Coaching/consulting in Amazon FBA, I have quite a few courses, my main one being my Amazon FBA course. I also do a bit of photography and videography on the side as I absolutely love that!
I have done other stuff in between these bigger milestones too, but I feel like I’m boring you now. So, subscribe to my channel, check out some of the videos and remember to leave a comment so I can learn about you too.

^👋I was asked to link my FACEBOOK to SHOPIFY for Marketing/Ads.
–
What Permissions should I allow them to do? I'm doing it in the SHOPIFY App..
–
And if i give them Permission; will i still have control?
This is new to me!
Thanks in advance. Be safe.
Is there any word on selling Digital Products in the future?
So so we even need Shopify anymore?
A few years ago when marketplace came out, it was a gold-mine because there was a "totem-pole" sequence in which the newest listings would always be seen at the top and the older listings would drift down to the bottom. This was very valuable because you could re-list every 4 hours and constantly be seen by hundreds even thousands. This was eventually shut down and then paid ads and cars were crammed all over the place, suffocating any type of real exposure. I'm tired of all the cheerleading for "Facebook shop, shops"
Etc….can someone please explain with more precision how people will "constantly stumble upon us" without all the rah-rah-rah. Just because something is on Instagram or Facebook doesn't mean that it isn't necessarily buried…..buried….buried. I think that's what we really all want to know is how will all these eyeballs be stumbling upon us without being buried?
Cool.
I want to learn how to setup shopify store, i am a beginner.I want you to do a video on it.
No bueno, no bueno at all.
Facebook shouldn't be allowed to enter in so many markets. There are people who are still on their banned list. The more places facebook takes over the more those people are shut out from doing business. For instance when Facebook purchased instagram their ad policies came with it. So someone who got banned from facebook can no longer advertise on instagram.
If their shop support is as bad as their ads customer support watch out. They treat their advertisers like trash so it will be interesting to see how they handle store related support. I honestly wouldn't trust facebook with my money lol. This could be a way for them to gain capital, by not releasing peoples funds.
Okay I just clicked the Shop link on my page and it took me to a FB section called Commerce Manager, where you seem to have three major things to set up, 1, Link Business Accounts, 2. Set you Inventory and Preferences, 3. Set up Payouts. This is from the US. I only did the first step tho, because the main thing I am trying to set up is POD with Printful, which syncs both ways with Shopify, so not sure what would happen with FB shops.
One thing I've been wondering is will it advertise your products/services/website for you to the relevant demographics to justify a percentage of the sale? So for example if you set up a t-shirt business with the ultimate warrior arm wrestling hulk hogan on it will Facebook advertise it to all the kids that are into ultimate warrior/hulk hogan and wwf/wcw etc?
Nice 🔥
Surprisingly Mark had a Shopify CEO in his livestreem when he announced about the launch of Facebook Shops!!
Congratulations on hitting 10k…
Looking forwarding to more amazing contents..
Lead us into this new era of FB shops Shimmy! I know you’ll stay on this and figure it out!
Been waiting on this Shimmy! Thanks man!
Thank you very much for sharing.Iwent into facebook template and activated shop and the to the place you used ,and i have a shop now
As anything new it sounds great but what will be the execution? Seamless integration and payment sound great for customers, but you will have no control over the shop. FB can shut your shop down for whatever reason they want freezing your money assuming that you will use their payment gateway. Something pretty similar is happening now at Amazon.
I just hope you don't end up on Coffeezilla's page.
How does this affect Shopify? Shopify is partnering with Facebook for the new Facebook Shops feature.

Why go for 100,000 subscribers when you can get a million! You can do it Shimmy!
Fb ads + shopify = ultimate tutorial Shimmy, please make that..
Is that a propane gas canister behind you? lol
glad to see you reach the 10K shimmy!
Reckon the fee will be around 3% of the purchase.
I might be wrong though.
BTW, Instagram got a shop button on a business account although you'll need to tag your product from facebook shop to get the product into Instagram shop
Here's what I found so far. https://youtu.be/EDqz32hr-1E
Having customers message you every 5 minutes with questions and demands sounds like a nightmare, the whole reason I wanted to let teespring or whatever deal with that is so that I do not have to deal with it, and now we are forced to in that if we do not have the option available we will surely be penalised.
Let's be honest Shimmy,
"Breaking into Facebook Shop as a Print on Demand Store" video is what people need.
Hopefully you'll make a video ASAP.
Great content!!!
It's very easy to link your shop to facebook. I don'T know how you can't set up the shop. I did it and l'm living in uk now but l'm from western sahara. Who knows.
The direct buy button is still USA only, which doesn't make sense. The page and setup is very messy and it's not new. Unless we're all missing something, everyone thought Facebook Shops would be a stand alone feature like Marketplace. So far they have just re-marketed a feature within pages that's been around for over a year. Am I wrong?
Interesting. How will fb handle disputes and claims? They will need to hire more staff. I'm really curious to see how are they going to handle this.
need shopify tutorial from you
I think this is a big thing but do you think that people will trust facebook after the scandal where they gave away their personal information ?
Hi Shimmy, l hope you well. I'm a huge fan of your videos. I've got a shopify and Amazon store thanks to you and your value information. I just want to clarify if l want to open another shopify store l have to open another account? And also my main niche is in the middle east and l'm struggling with shipping. How l can ship to those countries because most of them do not have epacket ? Thank you very much.
Great video, Mr. Morris
Keep going
Thank you men
